I rang up monash health before Xmas as I had a painfully tooth that needed to be extracted,I got appointment for the following week few days before Xmas and went to springvale.they were very nice people,from the receptionist lady to the young indian dentist who extracted my tooth.the Asian dental nurse was nice.i found everybody professional and respectful .I'm on a list to get my teeth fixed.im so appreciative for that..great service and people for sure..thank you
I went here for a clean-up and the brown lady who was cleaning my teeth shaved off something she shouldn’t of have, now I have a dead tooth due to that one dentist, I felt a stinging sharp pain on the day and I knew something wasn’t right, but the dentist said it’s okay. Turns out I now need a root canal which I still haven’t got because I don’t know where to go.
Don't waste your time here or dandenong These guys are unprofessional and will try by all means to Hand ball you to a private dentist .They will let you know the wait time for a root canal will be around 3 years .
