Service was bad. Dentists had told me and my mum both multiple times “do you speak English?” Only because we couldn’t understand what she was saying. I have really bad memory but for her to say “do you understand what I am saying?” In a very rude way was not like the teams respect. They will treat you badly and if you a kid that’s under 13 they will treat you like your 5 years old. I don’t recommend this place to others. As always it was the Indian woman treating us badly as many times said in the other reviews.
I had a very disappointing experience at Monash Dental in Springvale. I arrived just 15 minutes late to my appointment, but then ended up waiting another 45 minutes only to be told that my appointment was cancelled. In that whole time, they could have easily seen me. 这里十几年前还挺好的，牙痛可以直接去等，两个小时等不到就会给 voucher 去看私人诊所。后来人多了要等四个小时，再后来不给直接去等了要打电话预约。而且会等很久，至少一个月吧，等到时牙齿已经不痛了。费用也从十几刀一次涨到了三十几刀，哪怕只是检查一下。当然就这样也比私人诊所便宜多了，没有私人保险或者 voucher 的话穷人根本去不起的！
I rang up monash health before Xmas as I had a painfully tooth that needed to be extracted,I got appointment for the following week few days before Xmas and went to springvale.they were very nice people,from the receptionist lady to the young indian dentist who extracted my tooth.the Asian dental nurse was nice.i found everybody professional and respectful .I'm on a list to get my teeth fixed.im so appreciative for that..great service and people for sure..thank you
