Disappointed with the receptionist's rude and dismissive attitude, especially towards an elderly patient. No respect or kindness shown completely lacking the professionalism and empathy expected in a dental clinic. This staff member clearly needs more training in patient care and communication. Not the welcoming environment one would hope for.
They don't want to provide a general email to communicate with the professionals. A bit disappointed.
No words terrible service
One of the receptionists was very rude to me . She was telling me missed your class for an appointment. I told her to give me another day appointment. But she was talking so rude and telling me u have to be responsible for ur kid . And I told her I knew what to do and I'm responsible . But still, her disrespectful speeches made me upset . I didn't know what to say or what to do . The only thing I can complain her here. Hope someone shows her how to speak and respect someone her name is Zahra Ebrahimi.
