Didn’t even bother to dry or style my damp hair post cut. Cut itself was choppy, snagged my piercing TWICE in the process. Lady was in a rush and refused to wash my hair as well… strange considering there was no one there

She was rushing and tearing out my hair. I told her to slow down as it was hurting. She said that I had thick hair, so it was expected. She continued tear out more hair, with a tired/absentminded demeanour. I wanted to tell her to stop, but half of my head was already shorn through. Unsurprisingly, the result looks bad. Technically it is the right length, but you can see the impatience and carelessness. There was no one waiting in line, so why rush and hurt me like this?

The staff was okay, not really friendly or polite, more neutral. Unfortunately, the haircut was very disappointing. The left and right sides are not symmetrical, and the back was cut unevenly, with some parts longer and others shorter. I’m sorry to say this, but I would not recommend this barber shop.
