I would like to thank the amazing Professor Paul Cashin who did a fantastic job on my hernia repairs.Words can't describe how grateful i was to have him as a surgeon and his 5 star service.He is one of a kind very highly skilled, professional, efficient,calm,comforting explained whats involved with my procedure answered all my questions was very helpful all the way.I would highly recommend him to anyone thanks once again for the successful operations .I'm feeling great and back to normal🙂🙏
Probably the best healthcare I’ve ever received. Dr Shireen listened carefully, ordered the right tests, and trusted her instincts when she suspected something more was going on. Prof Paul then took over and delivered exceptional, compassionate care throughout. As a woman of colour, I’ve carried concerns about how we are treated in the healthcare system which has made me nurse my pain at home in most cases. This experience changed that. I felt genuinely heard, respected and well looked after. Highly recommend.
Wish I could give 0 stars. I do understand they close at 5PM, however if someone calls prior to your closing hours and is still on hold at 5PM that call should be answered, instead my call was disconnected and when I called back (which was then 5:01PM) I reveiced the automatic "outside of hours message". Not good enough. Most of us work 9 to 5.. finding the time to call and book an appointment can be challenging, especially if you spend half your lunch break being on hold..
I attended Monash Health Endoscopy Dpt for a procedure, and wanted to leave a review as I think it’s important to do so when exceptional care is received. As an autistic individual with very specific needs and multiple health issues, I was terrified to attend hospital on Friday due to a pretty awful experience during a shoulder reconstruction at The Alfred a couple of years ago.
