I wasted money and time in this clinic for nothing. Four years going backward and forwards only to be sent back to Monash hospital, in the past Monash hospital found some issues but all over sudden got a letter of discharge. This clinic, has a receptionist that is very arrogant/rude, and denies appointments. I found Dr Julia Phillips extremely thorough in her consultation, spending over an hour asking questions and gathering information about concerns I had with my son. She is patient, engaging and professional. She is also very prompt in organising paperwork and reports. Highly recommend
We have been seeing Dr Amanda Day for a few years now and the care she provides is above and beyond. We have quite a history with one of our kids and when we first came to see Dr Day she was amazing and made us feel comfortable and like we were in the right place. She gives you the time of day, she listens to your concerns and is very thorough.
