I visited the Monash Children's Urgent Care Clinic twice over the weekend with my 4-year-old daughter, who was experiencing a high fever and acute pain in her left ear. On our first visit (Friday night), we were told that there was nothing wrong. When her symptoms persisted and she was still in pain and unable to sleep, we returned the following day. I drove good 20 mins to reach for my son’s appointment and I was told there is a wait of an hour and a half! I’d appreciated a call / sms or whatever notification before the appointment.
Really impressed with the level of service we received for my little son who had got a cut on his chin. Very friendly and caring team. Thank you for your support and service.
I was sceptical, given the terrible service and 7 hours waiting at the Royal Children's. And, instead, here were super quick, friendly, and accommodating. The space is very welcoming, and my son ended up having fun! The doctor was also very playful. The best experience. Thanks!
