horrible, overpriced and was given the wrong road worthy issues, I was ripped off
I recently had my Nissan X-Trail serviced at Monash Automotive with Leigh and his team, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The service was thorough and prompt, with a genuine approach that instilled confidence. The cost was reasonable, and the turnaround time was impressively quick. Leigh also provided excellent advice on any further servicing or repair requirements, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Monash Automotive for anyone looking for reliable and professional car servicing.
Hands down the best mechanic I have been to in Melbourne. Get both our cars serviced here every year. Trustworthy, very reliable, excellent workmanship, great at solving complex issues, familiar with every day cars and high end performance and luxury vehicles (we have one of each) and very reasonably priced. No unnecessary work done with work completed done to a high standard.
I would avoid this place. One of the seals went on my deisel injectors. Instead of it being a $220 repair the bill was $2000. They didn't have the right tool to remove the injector and ended uo breaking it and the one next too it. Then they charged me for their stuff up. Had the other two replaced for $220 at Germantechnic.
