Mona did something to my pet that I specifically asked her not to. Mona's Pet Salon should not be taking liberties with someone else's pet without the owner's permission.
I was pretty apprehensive about taking my Persian Olivia to be groomed. She isn’t very cooperative with me and became matted around her neck and tummy. Mona was so good with Olivia and was able to do exactly what needed to be done. I’m definitely very impressed and will be taking her there periodically to keep up with her beautiful long fur. Thanks so much Mona! ❤️

I’ve been taking my dog to Mona for years! She is the best in town and great to support local businesses. I trust leaving my dog with her and she treats them as her own. It’s always easy to schedule an appointment and I’ve never been disappointed in her service. Very friendly and I am always happy to recommend Mona’s pet salon.
Kimberly does a fantastic job on my shepherd/chow/fur machine mix! She doesn't love to be groomed, and is finicky with her paws and doesn't like to be brushed or bathed. Not an easy dog to groom. We've gone here twice since we moved to Columbus and each time Bailey looks stunning! I feel bad for the amount of floof in their shop after they're done with her, but the result is absolutely beautiful! Pricing is very reasonable, and Bailey always seems calm and happy when I pick her up.
We love Mona and wouldn’t trust any other groomer to work with both of our doodles! She doesn’t leave her shop until every dog looks perfect. She loves ours like they’re her own and treats them like family ❤️❤️
