Took our car in for an AC issue. So happy we choose Monart. Paul is not only the nicest guy, he's very straightforward. He was able to quickly diagnose it and gave me options for my repair. His billing system and invoicing is easy to understand and itemized. We dropped the car off and it was ready when he said it would be. I finally found my mechanic! Came in with my check engine light on on my older model Mercedes. Paul is very knowledgeable and had amazing customer service skills. Diagnosed and fixed my thermostat and installed a new radiator. I highly recommend Monart and will be back with my other vehicles for preventative maintenance.
Ladies all I can say is REASONABLE THOROUGH RELIABLE and TRUSTWORTHY. Absolutely no fast slick talk. Paul was great at explaining the issue with my car and he was very very patient , kind, and understanding. I was given an estimate digitally and there were absolutely no surprises. I felt at ease throughout the entire process. Should another problem arise this is where I will come and who I TRUST!
