After getting un-helpful vibes from another bike shop, Monaro MC came to the rescue with a new chain and a loan of some tools for my 450MT. Back on track for my 10 day Rally.
I dropped my bike and broke my front brake lever , called for replacement , its an older model ... unfortunately didnt have the right model in stock ...BUT they worked at modifying a similay lever Drilling it out and then grinding it to fit ... after all this work it didnt really work .. as expected i still had a half front brake lever to use , For my trip back home a few hundred klms away .. We are indeed very blessed to have such a friendly effective motorcycle dealer in the Monaro region. An old school service with a traditional attitude towards customers, not the attitude of a large multinational dealer, where the customer is just another distraction from wandering aimlessly around a massive flash showroom. We are a motorcycle rental company and Our Yamaha MT09 broke down near their store while out with a customer. These guys couldnt have been more helpful for us. They looked at our bike straight away and resolved the issue on the spot, free of charge! Our customer was back on the road enjoying the rest of his trip! Happy Days! Thank you very much :D
