Overall pretty happy with the bathroom renovation with Tom being pretty responsive with requests and questions via email/sms/mobile. Their tradies were pretty good. There were a few minor issues that had to be rectified. Took about 3 weeks but an extra week due to delayed 3rd party shower screen delivery (~total business days = 21 days plus one extra Saturday for tilling). The price was reasonable and included all goods and labour.
