Poor customer service and follow-through (Matt is the salesman). We bought multiple kitchen appliances ( Subzero/Wolf/Cove stove, fridge, icemaker, hood, microwave and dishwasher) from Monark in February 2021. They initially said everything would be here in July of 2021. Supply chain issues happened (understandable given the circumstances), and we didn't get most appliances until September 2021 through March 2022.
