I’m very disappointed. My son was there 3 years. The last 6 months have been a nightmare dealing with a new bcba and many new RBTs. They can’t seem to keep them. Now my son was terminated and has no services. They left him without. Right at the holidays. I will never forget or forgive. Good luck staying open.
I Have heard from several people complaining about management and lack of staff. Check reviews before entering your children into any program like this and of course make sure there is staff.. ask questions especially from what age they can start and when they need to end services at Monarch. This is a lack of communication with this program in Ottawa Ohio Training is also an issue.People who have left said they were stressed because of lack of training.
