Kiana was wonderful to speak with when I called to schedule my first appointment. Although I haven’t been seen at the facility yet, she made the process smooth and stress-free. She was patient, friendly, and genuinely kind, taking the time to answer my questions and ensure everything was set up properly. A great first impression!

I would consider myself special needs when it comes to going to the gynecologist. Pap smears are very painful to me due to vaginismus and I was referred to her Dr Lee by my former PCP (Ledbetter). She literally is the best. She is nonjudgmental, relatable, caring and helped me so much. She treats each patient with a customized treatment plan and gives various options. When I checked out of my Oct 24th appointment, Tornique told me I had a 3 month follow-up but Kelsey's 2026 schedule wasn't available yet. She told me to call at the end of November to schedule. I called November 25th and spoke to her again- she told me that I would be due for my appointment in January/ Feb. I told her that since I wasn't taking the placebo week of my pills, I would actually be due for a refill the first weekend of January- would I be able to get that over the phone and then come in for the appointment?
