The supervisor Lisa was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I have issues with my birth control and they want to say my insurance wasn’t valid when it is. She basically cussed me out. I’ve been going here for the past 2 years my daughter was delivered with them. But that supervisor was rude and doesn’t deserve to working where there’s kids and women that are expecting
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Laurie Carpenter. She is truly the sweetest and most caring gynecologist I’ve ever met. Every time I have an appointment, she takes the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns without ever making me feel rushed. Overall the nurses are very nice and attentive, the rest of the staff is not. I was put on a medication I ended up having a horrible reaction to, I called the office and asked if my symptoms were normal or an allergic reaction and was told I would be called right back. It was in fact a very bad allergic reaction, but I never received a call back. 6 hours later I call again and explain the situation, explain that I had a severe allergic reaction, and after an hour it was noted and I was apologized to. Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this practice. There isn't a single person who actually cares about you as a person. They are not tracking patient information, everyone is passing the buck on who YOU need to contact within their organization if you have any kind of problem to address. Compassionate care is the least of their priorities, they're beyond insensitive and completely unreceptive to your body autonomy.
