I had my first baby with Monarch and although my delivering doctor (who has since left the practice) was amazing and supportive (even though she was late to the delivery), the rest of the staff and doctors weren't supportive or helpful. I chose them because at the time they were the only female practice. You go to appointments and you feel like a number—no information was given that was proactive (BF guidelines, support for the entire pregnancy). They didn't even get to know my name. No handouts even...just "any questions?" ... read more

Today was my first time here and I really felt seen and heard. The medical assistant Shelby was very kind and welcoming. I saw Dr Campbell and he was so caring, knowledgeable, and interested in my care. He genuinely listened to me and gave me so much autonomy on my health. Ive seen many gyns over the years due to moving and bad experiences, but I felt so comfortable and listened to with Dr Campbell. I look forward to being under his care.

The obgyn who I originally requested/scheduled was out when I got to the office for my appointment, so I had a random provider. Laurie Carpenter, MSN, WHNP-BC conducted my wellness women's exam, and she was truly AWESOME! This was a first-everything for me, so breast exam, pap smear, education, etc. She provided great patient education, thorough communication, and made the exams feel safe & non-judgemental. If Kristina Jackson is still here, you will not get great care. You will not get someone who takes imaging seriously or how you feel. She will gaslight you. She told me I was too young for something that showed up on imaging years ago. (Google severe pelvic congestion syndrome)…. Her people did not reorder imaging & they didn’t even make me a follow up appt. She simply brushed me off. Kiana was wonderful to speak with when I called to schedule my first appointment. Although I haven’t been seen at the facility yet, she made the process smooth and stress-free. She was patient, friendly, and genuinely kind, taking the time to answer my questions and ensure everything was set up properly. A great first impression!
