I found Monarch Valley Dental through my Delta Dental insurance portal after having what I felt was a “dental emergency.” One of my back teeth developed a cavity, then a hole due to chipping, and it escalated to my gum being inflamed and actually swelling so far down that it was coming out of the hole in my tooth… Which is pretty terrifying. Dr. P and his team are awesome! Had my first visit today and I was shocked at the team effort and how thorough each persons participation added to the experience. The doc answered all questions effectively, was not rushed, and clearly makes each patient a priority. I am extremely pleased with the entire team, and the office and exam rooms are state of the art. Thanks for such an awesome visit!
I was very cautious about switching to a new dentist. The staff and Dr. P were very welcoming and informative. My entire visit was pleasant and I would recommend to anyone looking for a new dental office.
Dr. P and his staff are truly amazing. I went in October for my first visit after not seeing a dentist since 2020. I should preface by saying that I don’t enjoy going to the dentist, but Dr. P’s office made it much more comforting. They did a cleaning and created a clear treatment plan, and one thing that really stood out to me was how they show your X-rays on a screen right in front of you. Excellent experience from start to finish. Very detailed pre visit communication (Lexy), thorough new patient workup and detailed cleaning (Erica) and Dr. Pastorek took the time to review everything and answer any questions. Thank you all for making a trip to the dentist a pleasant experience!
