Might want to call before you drive 30 minutes to shop. Hours online & on the door say they’re open, neon sign is also turned on saying “open”. So tell me why I pull up to see a “sorry out to lunch” on the door. Tried to call & got no answer even though I see the employee walk back in the front door. Monarch has lost my business and any recommendation to coworkers. I don’t respect any business ran like this especially when most healthcare workers giving them business already have tight schedules.
Excellent selection and prices, with top-quality embroidery and prompt service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
I was nervous to go do this for the first time, but Angela was super kind and super knowledgable. She knew exactly what I needed and aided me thoroughly in my search. All around great experience, I will definitely be returning!
