My last trip with Monarch was wonderful. There was minor problems with an airline that monarch was able to solve within minutes. I’m back there yet again for another trip with great service and fair pricing.
Julie is awesome! We have had her book all of our family and couples vacations! She is fun and always finds us great deals, I recommend her to everyone I know who wants to book a vacation!
The girls are great they will help you on any question you have and they try to find you the best on what you want.
This is a joke of a travel agency, they don’t have anyone on call at night, so they cannot provide service if you have travel issues outside of business hours. They then are unable to help you if you are forced to rebook or work through the airline due to the fact that no one from their staff is answering the phone. When you book through a travel agency you pay extra money for services and this agency is incapable and unwilling to provide service when it is most needed.
