We have worked with one of the BHIS Workers off and on for a few years. All the staff is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond their job descriptions.

My experience with Monarch services has been the worst I would highly suggest that if you are wanting the truth told to your child and not lies you stay clear of the directer Rusty, and his mother who is one of the Therapist who will also lie and turn your child against you and make your situation worse and look you in the eye and be nice to your face but behind your back they are working to teach your child that the parent is the "bad" evil person.
