Easily the worst part of our trip to Colorado. The tour guide was a jerk and just complained the whole time. It felt like we spent more time stopped with him griping at us than actually snowmobiling. Terrible experience. We don’t even want to snowmobile again

Beware of the insurance. I paid by credit card and then they told me the transaction wouldn't go through, so I had to pay by cash. There was no insurance. I did not receive any paperwork or set up any policy. The cash just went in their pocket. What's worse is that they lied to me and my card transaction did go through, so I paid twice for nothing! I called and received a message they were closed for the season, so I followed up with an email. It's been a month and they never responded to me or made this right.

We went on the 2 hour scenic tour. Two adults and two teens. None of us had ridden a snowmobile previously. Our guide, Sean, was very thorough with his instructions. We had a great time. He stopped at scenic points and took pics for us. Sean had lots of local knowledgeable to share. One of the group members was cautious and felt completely comfortable with this experience.
