It started off with a leak to repair and as I thought about it, I realized that the roof is pretty old so I got estimates for a new roof from several roofing outfits. Some roofers tried to talk me into using shingle "seconds" to save money. That sounds crazy to me. Monarch Roofing wasn't the lowest nor the highest estimate but I liked Caleb and what he had to offer and what he suggested. All my questions were answered and any concerns were addressed. I recommend them for all your roofing needs. I had a metal roof put on my home. It looks great!
