From the very start, Mike was honest and professional. He took the time to actually get up on the roof and inspect everything himself, not just rely on a drone like other companies do. Monarch was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. Friendly, quick, and a great job. Kept me informed of the progress through the day. Cleaned up all debris and thoroughly searched for any nails left that didn't get picked up in the first clean up.
