This is the company to go with for pool reverse osmosis when your TDS or CYA get too high which will happen ever 2-3y or so here in Phoenix. Dwight is fast to respond, a good communicator and he knows his pool chemistry better than 99% of the pool folks out there. And please always do RO, it isn't that much more expensive than draining and refilling your pool and you save 10s of thousands of gallons of water!
What a great alternative to the typical drain and refill. We felt good knowing we weren't dumping 15k gallons of water and even better knowing how clean the water was after this process. Dwight was easy to work with and friendly. The pre and post water tests tell the story on their own, the results were great. Now, the pool water looks amazing. I can't remember it being so crystal clear in a long time. Can't wait for it to warm up so we can jump in and enjoy! Thank you!
