I was told by someone who works here to put a product called Maxi Flock into my pool to reduce cloudiness, but the guy never asked me what type of filter I have. I have a cartridge filter, which this product should NOT be used in. Unfortunately, I did not find that out until after the fact. Now I am having to pay a pool company over $500 to come in and get the sludge out of my pool, AND I have to spend additional $$ on a new cartridge. I would never trust my pool with this place ever again!
We talked to them on the phone & through email for over 3 weeks trying to get an appointment to have our pool opened. 2 days before we wanted the pool opened they tell us they don't serve Spotsylvania anymore!
Awful service Employees everywhere and no one can give you a price but one person I waited for 15 minutes lingering around the place I walked out
I don't know what else to say except that they always have what I need or always have a solution to my problem, they are the best at what they do. Friendly and knowledgeable that's where I'm going when I need anything for my pool.
DO NOT HIRE MONARCH POOLS. I am extremely disappointed with this company’s workmanship and customer service. My mother hired them to install a brand-new pool heater, replace her pool filter, and convert her pool to a saltwater system. After spending a significant amount of money, the newly installed heater never worked properly.
