Nonexistent and rude customer service. The elderly woman is just awful! Last year, she didn’t tell us we had to drain the pool until the day before. This year, merely scheduling the opening was very chaotic. I could overhear her being very nasty to a new girl. Furthermore, they do not provide the chemicals?! How are we supposed to know how to do that? Switched to Back 2 Blue. Better price and superior customer service.
Got a free t-shirt for their 50 year anniversary. These guys are the OG pool company and have everything you could ever need. Supplies are reasonably priced. Opening and winterizing bundle is a good deal, but repair services can get expensive quickly.
