I contacted this company for pool opening, cleaning, and closing services, but was told that my zip code (which is very much part of Fredericksburg) was not included in their service area. It was disappointing to see them avoid providing service in a location that clearly falls within the Fredericksburg community. Not a good customer experience.
I have been working with the folks at Monarch for my pool care needs for years. They are EXTREMELY helpful and very easy to work with. I highly recommend them for pool closing services as well as anything maintenance related.
The people working here were SO nice and helpful. I loved that.
Great customer service. Tested my water, then helped me get everything I need with written instructions on how to use it.
