My first visit gave me an indication of what to expect going forward! My therapist (Bayo) was 20 minutes late arriving to the clinic and did so after 2 phone calls from the reception! All together I had 4 appointments of which 2 the receptionist had to call Bayo inquiring when he would arrive for my scheduled appointments.
