I began going to Monarch Physical Therapy in 2016. Myofascial release has been a great addition to my treatment plan for Multiple Sclerosis. The lesions on my spinal cord prevent proper signals from traveling through to my extremities. Until the body is given the right tools, it cannot repair itself. It is so amazing to feel muscles shifting under the hands of a well trained therapist and you never know what the session will stir up inside of you. It is a process that is worth exploring with Brenda. She’s the best!

I went to Monarch after a long illness and a major surgery. Time in the hospital bed left me with a pinched nerve in my back that also caused incredible pain in my leg. After three weeks my back pain is gone and my leg is much, much better. I also appreciate that the clinic is run on a firm appointment basis so you always know when to show up and how long you'll be. This gentle but effective therapy is really incredible.
What a successful healing journey I have been on with Monarch Physical Therapy. I came in a month ago on crutches after just getting out of a wheelchair for three weeks due to extreme pain in my leg and abdominal area. For a while I was using a cane. With the expertise and help of the caring therapists, I am now cane free most of the time. Each treatment moves me closer to a full recovery.
