This is a joke. If you are in need of a mortgage loan and have credit issues or if you are working to fix your credit..don't even bother. They'll do a hard inquiry on your report and won't even bother calling you to follow up. They are just looking for fast approval and not what they claim. I had a senior loan officer promised to work with me but as soon as he got the report he didn't even call me not follow up. I had to chase him down and never answered my calls.
