I had a very disappointing experience with Monarch. The technician was late to my appointments multiple times, forcing me to leave early to get to work. On two occasions, the technician didn’t show up at all, and once, a psychiatrist missed a scheduled phone appointment with no explanation. Despite calling, emailing, and texting numerous times over the 6 weeks of my treatment to ask for an explanation or follow-up, I received no response. I called Monarch reception in June and was informed I would have an appointment in 2 months time. It is now 7 months later and after numerous phone calls and emails from myself, one including an apology from them 4 months ago and a promise to book me in asap, I still do not have an appointment. I work in the medical field myself and am disappointed by how unprofessional the company is and their lack of care. Do not waste your time with them.

They screwed up my brain. They are hiding me now. They won’t realise my discharge papers. My gp and myself has requested. Had an appointment with the psychiatrist and they never showed up.
