No wait nice people
We were in need of a quick answer about a suspected case of strep throat and other urgent cares had posted wait times >2-3 hours. At Monarch, we were able to be seen immediately and get the care we needed. Staff was wonderful and the facility is immaculately clean- a big bonus in this season with so many illnesses going around. Highly recommend! It was certainly worth the extra driving distance for us to get fast, professional, and compassionate care!
Everything about this urgent care clinic is phenomenal. From the moment you google “urgent care” to walking in the front door, to meeting Dr. Clay to check out, has been nothing short of 5 stars. Monarch Medicine will be my family’s new urgent care clinic.
After five days with no improvement following a visit to a Minute Clinic, I was referred to Monarch. The appointment went as smoothly as possible. The staff was courteous, friendly, and genuinely caring. Dr. Clay took her time to explain the treatment plan clearly, and I started feeling better that very evening. I highly recommend Monarch.
Amazing service and care. While visiting Carmel I had to go to the nearest urgent care. The service offered from before I arrived through the moment I left were 5 out of 5. You’re greeted and serviced by a friendly and efficient team member. The doctor was thorough, friendly, and patient. Highly recommended!
