Honestly our first impression of Monarch Medical was wonderful. We had twins and went into Camille Smith and she was great, and we had to be transferred to the hospital for the twin Doctors there. We chose her for our next pregnancy which was scary, and she knew we had lost those twins, and we wanted to make sure that her labs looked good and she didn’t need to be put on progesterone. I was in a pinch to get some diagnostic testing done. I was turned away from the facility I had gone to previously, which left me in a panic because the testing I needed was extremely time sensitive. After spending several hours on the phone with insurance, calling medical offices around town, and shedding several tears, I decided to call Monarch Medical. Dr.Smith is by far the best doctor I've ever had in my life! She's very empathetic and is willing to spend time educating you on everything making it very easy to understand. She's a 1 of a kind lady! Highly recommend! Honestly Idk where I would be if I didn't have someone like her to medically have my back.
