Love Dr Smith she was amazing though my whole pregnancy and delivery process! I felt seen, heard and well cared for. I love her receptionists Brandi- always a friendly welcoming face in their office! Also their ultrasound tech/office manager is AMAZING! All around love their staff and am so grateful to have had an amazing experience with my first pregnancy with them. 🤍
Camille is an awful doctor. I do not recommend going to her office. She doesn’t do procedures properly and lies about it on her after visit summery. I tried her NP Hazel and I was dismissed when inquiring about a medication and ended it with “you’ll have to see someone else for that good luck!” I am an RN and I will never recommend this place to anyone.
I called monarch medical to get a copy of something. The receptionist is the most rudest person to work in an office. She will make you feel small. She needs an attitude adjustment.
I have nothing but great things to say about dr smith. However. Her nurse currently isn’t my favorite. I suffered a miscarriage and it took her 3 hrs to call me back and I have had to contact her about the results of my bloodwork and all I get is it’s normal. Not super helpful
