Love this place. It's a relaxing oasis in town. The facial and massage I received was so great and relaxing!! I also loved being able to take some time in between treatments to relax in the sauna. I will definitely return!

Monarch Massage has been a consistent part of my wellness routine for almost two years, and I can’t recommend them enough—especially for their infrared sauna. The staff is fantastic, the atmosphere is calming (I love the butterfly theme), and every visit leaves me feeling physically renewed and restored. This was my first experience here and the word I would use to describe this place is luxurious. I was taken care of from the moment I walked in the door. Absolutely lovely and I had 2 treatments with Cat, who made sure I was comfortable the whole experience. Feeling amazing after and will definitely return in the future.

I had an herbal poultice massage with Amy to relieve muscle tension in my shoulders, and she really worked some magic. My shoulders are sitting so much better now and the compression pain in my spine is gone! This is my second massage at Monarch and I truly have nothing but good things to say. The space is quiet and calming and all of the staff have been so kind and welcoming.
