Monarch was wonderful to work with and we are very happy with our new countertops. When we first walked into the show room we were met with happy people that were not at all pushy. When we dropped off our last check we met the owner and he was wonderful. It is always nice to meet great people and receive a great product!
I have worked with monarch marble on a number of projects now and always impressed with their customer service and install crew. They are fast, clean, and reasonably affordable. Best around.
Locally owned business in Ponderay, Idaho.Competitively priced materials and a showroom with a friendly, knowledgeable sales staff and an excellent installation team. After picking out materials, my estimate, laser measuring appointment, and installation occurred in a timely fashion. I felt like I was treated like a neighbor. I still have a couple bathrooms to redo why would I go anywhere else?
Heard from so many people the quality of their work is great but they can be ride and unprofessional. Had a first hand experience of the incredible rudeness and passive aggressive approach they are known to have. Worth the drive out of this town or to Sandpoint furniture to not reward this type of behavior. Shame on you.
