I have worked with monarch marble on a number of projects now and always impressed with their customer service and install crew. They are fast, clean, and reasonably affordable. Best around.
Locally owned business in Ponderay, Idaho.Competitively priced materials and a showroom with a friendly, knowledgeable sales staff and an excellent installation team. After picking out materials, my estimate, laser measuring appointment, and installation occurred in a timely fashion. I felt like I was treated like a neighbor. I still have a couple bathrooms to redo why would I go anywhere else?
Heard from so many people the quality of their work is great but they can be ride and unprofessional. Had a first hand experience of the incredible rudeness and passive aggressive approach they are known to have. Worth the drive out of this town or to Sandpoint furniture to not reward this type of behavior. Shame on you.

We are building a new home. Monarch just provided the counters for our kitchen, laundry, bar, 5 bathrooms - the works. They are gorgeous - my picture doesn't do them justice. I was so pleased on how competitive they were in price - so much less than the same product from another vendor just around the corner. When we came on a time crunch so others could do their work, Brooke came through for our install and they did it in one day ! We have had a lot of subs and vendors on this build . . . Monarch is at the top of the list !
