Horrible first experience/impression I scheduled an appointment 5 days in advance. Had to download an app and scheduled it with Briana for 5:30 pm. I walk in at 5:25 and let the barber know I'm here for my appointment. He seemed confused and asked me with who. He then gets on his phone to call her/text her. 10 mins later I get a text saying she is running late because she had to drop off towels at the cleaners. Mia gave me a very clean taper fade, she was friendly and professional. The salon was very clean and nice.
Wonderful service, extremely kind and knowledgeable staff. I don’t typically get my haircut , but with how amazing the environment and skillful employees were. I will definitely make this more routine.
This was my first time working with Lanae. She did an awesome job and made me feel beautiful for my wedding day. She also scheduled me on her day off and I was her only appt for the day. She did a wonderful, special deed to help make my day wonderful!! And my hair is looking absolutely great!
