Monarch Landing’s selling point, as suggested in the name, is that once you move into the community, there’ll never be a reason for you to have to move out. This is unfortunately absolutely not true. My mother thoughtfully chose Monarch Landing on this false premise but, after 11 years of investing in the community, she was forced to leave as ML was unable to accommodate her and her unforeseen diagnosis of Alzheimer’s. RecommendedI recommend Monarch Landing for the friendships and caring among the residents.
I have lived at Monarch Landing for a year now. I have a lovely condo. (They have over 28 different layouts). The food is good, and the service is wonderful. Banking, grocery, medical, beauty salon, pool, and many more activities you can participate in - all on site. Staff is great and I highly recommend it.
My wife, June and I have found for the past 11 years, that Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL has been a magnificent retirement home for us. Robert Swanson
We have lived here at Monarch Landing for almost three years and the "honeymoon" still continues! Moving in while you're still young enough to enjoy all that Monarch offers was key for us. My husband was 69 yrs and I was 65. Retirement is all it should be when you live here.
