For years my family used Joel Monarch for property tax appeals in Chicago and he was fine. In 2023 He was supposed to get three refund checks reissued to us for tax years 2018-19-20 totaling over $11,000. To this day we still have not received the checks. I email him (which he said was the best way to contact him) and he does not respond. I phone and leave messages and he doesn't respond. I live out of state so I can't go to his office.
