If you are looking for a home builder, look no further. Monarch is the best bang for the buck. In the price range where Monarch Homes are typically sold, there is no competition. Luis (the owner) and Mike Flores (sales team leader) offered nothing help, empathy, patience and professionalism. I recently purchased a Monarch Home mainly because of their first class sales team led by Mike Flores and the quality of build of the Monarch Homes with a reasonable market value price. The finishing, fixtures, materials used are all top of the line. When you step into a Monarch home you can immediately tell the difference from their competitors, it’s night and day. I’ll try to return after a year of living in the home and update my review. But I expect Monarch to live up to the high standard they set.
