Came to my house for a simple summer service and broke a wire on my Ac now it don’t work they come back out the next day and say well we don’t know if it was us that broke it but we will pay for it but I have to wait until the next day now I’m on day 3 of my AC/ Heater not working and of course can’t get ahold of them but if I was calling to buy the 22k upgrades they tried to push I bet I would get an answer
BEWARE! They rip off the elderly! 1 star is too nice! Hard sales and they charged an outrageous price. Then didn't even complete more then 10% of the work that they stated was done. Knowing that the home owner wouldn't be physically able to go into the attic to look for themselves. Then they returned and tried to charge double the amount for the same type of issues that was supposed to have already been completed. Just a horrible shady company! Gonna give u my personal review and experience with monarch, Their people were great in the matter of explaining everything to me by detail they Said to fix my furnace was gonna cost approximately 12k just to fix so I ask what a new unit cost they said somewhere around 20k plus I was like ok. Had the issue that my my furnace stop throwing heat So I had another place check it out to get a second quote and cost me 380 bucks to fix what was wrong with the unit now my same furnace is working properly I was like wow .
