I’ve been living at Monarch Heights for [X years/months], and Julian, our super, has truly been exceptional. He’s always quick to respond whenever there’s a maintenance issue or anything that needs attention in the building. Julian consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and well taken care of. I’m grateful to have such a dedicated and kind man managing the building. Highly recommend!
Loved this place!! The building was modern, clean, and well maintained. We took a tour here and fell in love with it thanks to Jordan! She was so nice and clearly knows what she’s talking about. We can’t wait to sign!
