I love my apt!! Its soo cute & the bld has a nice gym!
They never give me back my deposit. They are impossible to reach I called multiple times and left messages and emailed them. Nothing. I went back there twice myself to talk to them in person, and I was told that they will get back to me via calls or emails, and no. First time I got an email saying my check is going to be delivered back to the building, so I went there and I was told the check was lost so they would issue another one, and would email/call when it was delivered. I’ve been living at Monarch Heights for [X years/months], and Julian, our super, has truly been exceptional. He’s always quick to respond whenever there’s a maintenance issue or anything that needs attention in the building. Julian consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and well taken care of. I’m grateful to have such a dedicated and kind man managing the building. Highly recommend!
