My AC wen out Saturday 6/15 and my home warranty assigned the job to Monarch. I attempted to reach out to get scheduled and it goes straight to voicemail saying this is Will leave a message no mention of being an actual company. Today is 6/20 and they still have yet to call back or get me on their schedule. I called the warranty company again today and they said they spoke with Monarch yesterday and they said they would reach out ASAP but nothing. Despite discovering some diffuculties, they got our AC going just in time for warm weather. Good folks and very prompt and always responsive.
