I had a really good experience at monarch. It was my first baby. And I was really scared and I had a lot of questions. I mostly saw Heidi during my pregnancy. She was great. Dr Whiting delivered my baby and it was literally painless. It was a calm beautiful experience. You can just tell Dr. Whiting loves his job. All the staff at Monarch are very friendly and helpful. Even after I had my baby they are just helpful kind and amazing
I absolutely love monarch and their staff and they are personable and friendly and caring in every way possible. They're also very good at explaining things in a way that's helpful and are willing to go out of their way to make things as easy as they possibly can for you. I highly recommend anyone that's looking for a gyno doctor to go here.
Patient of 8 years and 3 babies delivered. I called early Wednesday morning for bleeding at 16 weeks pregnant. I asked for an appointment to check on the baby. I was told in a very rude way they had no appointments for days and I should just go to ER. What is the point of having a OB of 8 years when you need them, they tell you to go to the ER? So I've only seen dr whiting maybe 3 times. And I really liked him ... Super professional...but checking in today at front desk (to see if I had left over pregnancy tissue from a miscarriage) she said I owed like 1000$ which I have insurance and I've only been there a handful of times so I was surprised. Anyway in the time we talked about it and I figured payment arrangements I was NEVER checked in.
