Very unhelpful. My wife starting going here a year ago when we first got pregnant. Not only did they not answer our questions, but they would bill us $250 each time we went to an appointment. Each of those appointments would literally be us walking in for 5 minutes, them telling us everything was normal, and us leaving. They never answered questions at all... we switched to another place after only a few appointment because they were so unhelpful and rude. Amazing experience with Dr. O'Rourke in delivering my second baby. Listened to everything I said and didn't fight me on my wishes. Was very supportive and encouraging. He was beyond professional and compassionate.
Update- in Utah I found out i never had a bicornuate uterus, and they didn't tell me i had a polyp. So we kept wasting money on IUIs with a big issue. Don't go here. I'm finally getting a hysteroscopy here and we can finally hopefully have a baby no thanks to monarch. I felt like everyone was on my side to help with my fertility issues at first, but then we were told we needed to do 4-6 IUIs before we could get a referral to a specialist. Guess my review got deleted so I’ll be posting this again 🤨 Should have posted this a long, long time ago. Dr. Huggins is the reason I can’t have any more kids. Didn’t catch what was going on with me what led to placenta accreta. I could have least had 1 more kid if carefully watched. Had my baby at 32 weeks and her and I almost died. I was in the hospital for 6 days. She did not show up till 3 days later after Dr. Leavitt was taking care of me. Only person who cared at that place was one of her assistants.
