Wi-Fi & electricity sucks . I came over on Presidents’ Day to watch my brother being a soloist in a church service with my mom (chisago city) on her smart tv. We couldn’t Turn it on. If monarch responds I will amend this review. ( room 119 Chisago’s city)
Don't...all I have to say
My mom lives at The Beacon of LC and I’m not pleased with her quality of care. Between staff turn over and you untrained staff; I don’t think Monarch has provided quality care.
I call to check on my mother and no one answers the phone.or if they do they transfer you to an extension that doesn't exist (4 times) or you get hung up on. It's ridiculous and very upsetting
