Monarch retaliated against me for reporting something. It is a bad company. Reported to compliance that I was retaliated against and what do you know, no one called me. Though I requested a callback. You can answer to Jesus. I do not care enough to sue you nor do I have the money. Congratulations. I'll tell everyone I know about what I've seen at Monarch.
HR is awful. They want quality personnel but seem to drag their feet and play games! My time is valuable. What company reschedules an interview at the last few minutes, then is 20 minutes late for the meeting that they rescheduled?
I have a friend that stayed in the facility in Delano and the staff went above and beyond to keep me informed. Jesse Snyder is one of the best! Keep up the great work! Jackie
