The entire Monarch team is absolutely fantastic. The front desk took great care of me and and was highly responsive. Dr O'Rourke is utterly phenomenal. He was completely down to earth and genuine. He never ever rushed any appointment. I chose him because I have an aunt who is a labor and delivery nurse at EIRMC. The nurses are the ones who truly know who the best doctors are, so I fully trusted her opinion when she said anyone at monarch is fantastic, and of all of them, she would choose Dr O'Rourke. Very professional
Overall, the experience has been good. The only problem I have had with them is they told us we needed to have the anatomy scan at teton radiology only to find out when the bill came that the cost more than doubled by going there for the same service. We tried to fight it, but had to pay it in the end. Price transparency is crucial for me and I felt a little let down by monarch. I'll be more vigilant about getting pricing going forward.
I had a wonderful experience with them. They were so kind, patient, and most importantly, they listened to me. During my exam they found a polyp and I was given the choice to not get it removed until I was ready. That was HUGE for me.
