I absolutely love Dr. Huggins nurse and staff. They are so caring and treat you like family. I love them so much. I highly recommend them.
My experience so far has been incredibly positive. I got the run around from multiple doctors before finding Monarch. They have been so supportive and informative. My recent procedure was handled professionally, compassionately and with consideration to my specific needs and situation.
As a trans man going to the gyno can be really intimidating. Especially in a small town, you never know if a doctor is going to be uncomfortable with working on a trans person. There are a lot of situation where we get "the look". Definitely not here. I was set up with Doctor Huggins who was, and I cannot stress this enough, the kindest and most supportive person. Front desk ladies are rude and hostile. They make you feel unwelcome and are so difficult to get information from and to work with. One of them specifically is more rude everytime I’m in there she has nothing but problems amber is great but the front office ladies are not worth it to me. Will be switching providers.
There are so many more offices in town, this one isnt it. Awful providers .
