My doctor took a test that came back with some wild results. She refused to do another one and instead insisted nothing was wrong with that test and refused to redo it. Instead prescribing me medications that could have been very harmful or deadly. Several other doctors have looked at these results with skepticism and assured me I should have at least been able to take another test to confirm. Been very disappointed here. I am 30 weeks and feel like it is too late to switch. Majority of the receptionists have been super rude. Today I asked to speak to someone about billing and she wasn’t interested about helping me instead she told me to take a seat and then proceeded to talk loudly about me to her coworker while I was in the waiting room. Everyone could hear. I have a great experience with dr.Huggins
Monarch Healthcare has without a doubt been the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor’s office. The front desk staff are so nice and on top of things. The nurses are kind and quick to take care of you. Dr. ORourke is very patient and knowledgeable. He never makes you feel rushed and takes the time to listen to your concerns. The whole office made my pregnancy and birth experience wonderful.
The medical staff, and especially Dr. Venesky, were absolutely amazing. But the billing/financial department is beyond absurd. I had my daughter in May of 2023. The last few visits, I had to pay part of out of pocket because my insurance wasn't showing me as active. I paid a total of $200. I'm still waiting for that money back. The insurance got sorted.
