The service department is over the top. Kaylee, Paul, and Atrtesia are very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. This team makes sure that you get satisfaction from your visit. I bought my Ford Ranger at Monarch Ford four years ago. I got a great deal from the Manger Chance. The transmission shifted hard. I thought that that was normal. Paul informed me that something was not OK. So , the kept the Ranger and fixed the transmission. Kaylee rented a loaner car at a reasonable price. I love my Ranger and Monarch Ford! 🌹♥️🌹♥️

Bought my truck through military auto source. Jennifer at Monarch was incredibly helpful, coordinated add ons, and helped me pick it up on a day they normally don’t schedule pick up. She made it super easy and was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
