First of all, I asked what is the first appointment of the day, they told me 8;00. I get there at 7:45, and you can tell they have been open for a while. I went there to have two tires put on my Edge. It seemed like they were going to work on them right away. I decided to take a walk. I came back 45 minutes later, I asked if they were almost finished. Terrible company, you can never get anyone to return your calls. Went there on my lunch break and applied for a used truck, they told me okay bring your trade-in in when you get off. So I returned at 5:15 at which point they were selling the truck to someone else and told me I would have to come back. Yet they tell you first come first serve. Nope they are liars and will never get my business.
