My nana fell down, im from Georgia took me about an hour to go drive and get her. When we arrived she was still on the ground with nobody helping her and we had to call 911. DO NOT GO
My father was a 98 year old WW II veteran and a resident of Monarch Estates. The staff, Becky, Tameika, Katrina, JuJu, Ty and everyone here are so caring and loving. The residents are also very accepting and inclusive welcoming every new resident. The facility is extremely modern, clean, and well maintained. Living at Monarch Estates is the best decision we ever made for my father. I strongly recommend this facility for anyone interested in senior independent living.
Mother has enjoyed living here, making new friends, and taking part in many of the activities offered. The staff is friendly and helpful to the residents. Overall it’s been a wonderful experience. My only complaint is the weekly cleaning service. I understand that they are short staffed right now and I hope they can get this issue resolved soon.
This wonderful place has saved my life both physically and emotionally! I came here broken and they fed me, smiled at me, were nice to me! If you aren’t here you are missing out!
