We hired Monarch to build our dream home and shop that was designed by Selkirk Design (Matt Cudmore) upon my direct input on a 1/2 acre lot that we purchased the year before. Monarch prepared all the bids during the time when lumber costs started to decline, then Covid hit as well making things very complicated at first.
