All I can say is WOW am I impressed! They are very attentive, care to hear our concerns every step of the way, and are excited to be a part of making our dream come true. Their work is some of the most beautiful construction I've ever seen. Glad to have found them!

We hired Monarch to build our dream home and shop that was designed by Selkirk Design (Matt Cudmore) upon my direct input on a 1/2 acre lot that we purchased the year before. Monarch prepared all the bids during the time when lumber costs started to decline, then Covid hit as well making things very complicated at first.
