Highly recommend Robert and his crew. They did an amazing job on my 750 ft.² second story deck. They use high-end materials and the best workmanship I’ve seen on decks so far. They were a pleasure to work with. Thank you Monarch!
Ended up doing a good job and were relatively inexpensive compared to other bids but their communication is absolutely awful from the bids to setting a date (showed up on the wrong day) to communicating to workers to managing the project to working with other vendors—it was all bad. I would avoid the headache
This company wasted a lot of my time. Be sure you do not have one stick of furniture on the area you would like to waterproof. I was given a price after I sent photos of the area and when it came time to do the job said they would not be able to honor contract. I moved the furniture in 20 min.
A highly unreliable business. They do not deliver on their promises. They do not follow up. They do not return calls. Buyer beware. There are much better options out there. Respond to owner: I have already hired another company who is doing a great job. By the way, the people who did not respond were Robert M. and Robert A. Thanks.
Had the pleasure of working with Robert to repair our badly rotten decks. Robert and his crew were always punctual, set realistic expectations and completed the job on schedule. We passed our inspection with flying colors. The work performed was top notch and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend Robert and his crew for your waterproofing, decking, driveway needs.
