They are absolutely horrible and clueless. They have no idea what they're doing. They supposedly repaired my deck 3 times and it is still leaking. After each time they fixed the deck I would hire a separate contractor to fix the ceiling out of my own pocket and guess what, with the next rain it would start leaking again and the ceiling would get ruined and I had to redo it all over from the beginning again. Quick, communicative, and fairly priced. I only have good things to say about the experience. I have a 270 sq foot enclosed tiled balcony that was leaking water during the recent rains. During the in person estimate, Robert was able to answer all my questions thoroughly was able to pinpoint the reasons that my old deck had failed. Ended up doing a good job and were relatively inexpensive compared to other bids but their communication is absolutely awful from the bids to setting a date (showed up on the wrong day) to communicating to workers to managing the project to working with other vendors—it was all bad. I would avoid the headache
