After giving birth to my daughter, I couldn't get in to see my family doctor for weeks. We were grateful the Ottawa Hospital referred us to the Monarch Centre. We received great care from all of the nurses and paediatricians we saw over the 3 visits we had here.
I've been to the monarch centre at Cleopatra twice since the birth of our baby girl in November. The staff have been wonderful, including the receptionists, the nurses, and the doctors. They not only provided professional care but they were compassionate and helped me through my breastfeeding journey. Keep in mind that wait times can be long depending on the day.
Had a really great experience here up until I called today following up to get a document I was told I would be sent. Staff who answered phone is miserable, not helpful, didn’t seem to want to send whatever document I was told I would be sent regarding feeding, and as I asked her to send me whatever they have she proceeds to say ok and then hang up the phone without any salutation no goodbye no nothing. They really should have someone else answering their phones as this person doesn’t seem to like their job very much.
They deleted my review but Gave me a strong antibiotic, and then denied I had a yeast breast infection. They told me I was choosing to starve my child because I didn't want to put the work in. They were mentally abusive, and I am super chill, I still don't understand why they gaslit me.
waited over 90 minutes and the doctor never once even checked in on us. they called us to change our appointment time the day before to 10:15 and we showed up at 10:15. No doctor even acknowledged us before we left at 11:45. why would YOU schedule the appointment and then ignore us for 90 minutes or better question HOW are you 90 minutes behind after being open for less than 2 hours? extremely unproffessional staff and very disrespectful, would not recommend to anyone. worst part is we were at the bank location only 2 days p... read more
