I came here about a week ago for my newborn, and my experience has mostly been amazing. Most nurses have been very very helpful (shoutout Alanna), but Adrian (nurse) and Sara (front desk receptionist) were horrible. Throughout the entire appointment, Sara was constantly talking bad about coworkers, others nurses (with Adrian), and other patients which was crazy to me. This place is nothing but negativity.. they want to see your new born the day after they are born to then pf course tell ypu they are under weight and loosing and then when that happens they make a returning visit a day later expecting a different result. We'll of cpurse a new born baby LOOSE 10% rpughly of all body weight once bprn... these are suppose to be PRODESSINALS. then mom goes through surgery a Had to walk up and down stairs and to and from a car with no wheel chairs. Not sure what these other reviews are about. We were treated with respect and kindness. Showed up 15 minutes before and we were out of there within the hour. Shout out to the whole team there, ya'll do good work.
I don’t know why this clinic has such a bad score. My newborn, my wife and I visited this clinic today and we were worried about. But if I could give 10 starts, I would. Silvie and Dr. Labelle were amazing!
Great team and very professional care. Long waiting times and understaffing is not their fault.
